一、单位介绍（Introduction）
浙江大学创立于1897年，坐落于中国历史文化名城、风景旅游胜地杭州。经过百余年的建设与发展，学校已成为一所特色鲜明、在海内外有较大影响的综合型、研究型、创新型大学，涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等13个门类。2025年QS世界排名第47位，亚洲大学排名第8位；2024年软科世界大学学术排名中国第3位，世界第27位。
Zhejiang University(ZJU) was founded in 1897 and is located in Hangzhou, a famous historical, cultural and scenic city in China. After more than a hundred years of construction and development, ZJU has become a comprehensive, research-oriented, and innovative university with distinct characteristics and significant influence domestically and internationally. It covers 13 disciplines including philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, art, and interdisciplinary studies. In the QS World University Rankings 2025, ZJU is ranked 47th, while in the QS Asian University Rankings 2024, it achieves the 8th position. Moreover, the university holds a prestigious 3rd place in China according to the 2024 Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), and ranks 27th globally in the ARWU World Rankings.
浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院是浙江大学响应国家共建“一带一路”倡议，面向新时代世界医学发展趋势，由浙江大学与义乌市人民政府合作共建，国家教育部正式批准，浙江大学负责办学和管理的直属单位，中国科学院院士黄荷凤任院长。学院定位于建设国际化、高水平、研究型特色的高等医学教育机构，培育一流的医学科学家和健康行业的领导者、培养具有全球竞争力的高水平医学人才。2023年10月，校园正式启用，现有学生670人，包括国内研究生477人，以及来自47个国家的国际学生193人。
The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) is a direct subsidiary unit established by Zhejiang University in response to the national Belt and Road initiative, aligning with the global trends in medical development for the new era. It is a collaborative project between Zhejiang University and the Yiwu Municipal People's Government, officially approved by the Ministry of Education, and is managed and operated by Zhejiang University. Headed by Huang Hefeng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ISM is positioned as an international, high-level, and research-oriented higher medical education institution, aiming to cultivate top-tier medical scientists and leaders in the health industry, as well as to train highly competitive medical professionals with global perspectives. The campus officially opened in October 2023 and 670 students study here, including 477 domestic postgraduate students and 193 international students from 47 countries.
浙江大学医学院附属第四医院是浙江大学直属附属医院，省级综合性三甲医院，于2014年10月开业，在全国三级公立医院绩效考核中连续五年蝉联A+、稳居全国前5%，浙中西第一，是医保药品追溯码工作推行全国试点单位。
The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine(ZJU4H) is a directly affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University and a provincial comprehensive three-A hospital. Opened in October 2014, ZJU4H is a national pilot unit for the implementation of medical insurance drug traceability code work and has maintained an A+rating for five consecutive years, making it ranked first in the central and western regions of Zhejiang province.
浙江大学国际健康医学研究院作为科研支撑和转化医学研究平台，获批国家级细胞-微环境互作学科创新引智基地、国家博士后工作站，全省肺癌精准诊疗重点实验室、生育力保护与促进浙江省工程研究中心等，聚力打造生殖医学、肿瘤医学、再生与衰老医学、代谢医学、RNA医学、遗传医学、膜受体与脑医学七大中心，开展高水平的临床转化和前沿性的多学科合作。
As a research support and translational medicine research platform, the International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM) has been approved as a national level Innovation and Talent Introduction Base for Cell Microenvironment Interaction Disciplines, a national level Postdoctoral Workstation, a Key Laboratory for Precision Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer in Zhejiang Province, a Zhejiang Engineering Research Center for Fertility Protection and Promotion and so on. It is committed to building seven medicine centers in reproductive medicine, oncology medicine, regenerative and aging medicine, metabolic medicine, RNA medicine, genetic medicine, and membrane receptor and brain medicine, and carrying out high-level clinical translation and cutting-edge interdisciplinary cooperation.
厚积浙江大学的百年办学特色，围绕国家战略需求和“双一流”建设部署，浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院、浙江大学医学院附属第四医院与浙江大学国际健康医学研究院以“三院一体”医教研深度融合的创新发展模式，推进科技教育人才一体化发展，致力于建设成为“一带一路”沿线国家及世界先端的国际化医学教育基地。
Focusing on addressing national strategic priorities and implementing the double first-class initiatives based on the century-old characteristics of Zhejiang University, ISM, ZJU4H and IIM make an innovative development “tripartite model” in-depth integration of medicine, teaching and research, promotes the integrated development of scientific and technological, educational talents, and is committed to building an international medical education base in countries along the the Belt and Road and the world's leading edge.
二、项目申报（Project Application）
为吸引海外优秀青年人才回国(来华)工作，国家自然科学基金委员会自2021年起，设立国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)。
诚邀全球优秀青年学者依托浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院申报，学校和学院将提供良好的科研工作环境和发展平台，以及极具竞争力的薪酬待遇。
In order to attract excellent young scholars from overseas to work in China. the National Natural Science Foundation of China has set up the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Youth Science Fund Project (Overseas) since 2021.

（一）申请条件（Requirements）
1 | 守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神。 | Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era. |
2 | 出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后。 | Born after January 1, 1985. |
3 | 具有博士学位。 | Have obtained a doctoral degree. |
4 | 取得博士学位后至2025年4月15日前，应在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等获得正式教学或科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可放宽工作年限要求（通过中外联合培养方式取得海外博士学位不适用）。在海外工作期间，同时拥有境内带薪酬职位的申请人，其境内带薪酬职位的工作年限不计入海外工作年限。 | The applicant should generally obtain formal teaching or research positions in overseas universities, scientific research institutions or research & development institution of enterprise, and have worked continuously for more than 36 months before April 15, 2025. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding performance, the requirements on working years can be relaxed appropriately（Not applicable to the situation of obtaining overseas doctoral degree with Sino foreign joint training）. During the overseas working period, applicants’domestic paid working period who hold domestic paid positions will not be counted into their overseas working period. |
5 | 在生命科学、医学领域取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。 | The applicant should have achieved scientific research technical achievements recognized by peer experts in the field of life science or medicine, and have the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the field. |
6 | 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。 | The applicant has not yet returned/come to China for full-time work,or returned/came to China for work after January 1,2024. The applicant must quit his/her overseas job and return/come to China to work full-time for at least3 years after receiving the fund. |
（二）申报说明（Declaration）
1 | 符合条件的申请人，可按照项目指南要求，与我单位签订工作合同或者意向性协议，于2025年2月1日以后登录信息系统，在线填写《国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）申请书》（以下简称申请书）。申请人对所提交申请材料的真实性负责。 | Qualified applicants sign a work contract or an intention agreement with us in accordance with the requirements of the project guide, log into the information system after February 1, 2025, and fill the Application Form of National Natural Science Foundation for Excellent Youth Science Fund Project (Overseas) online (hereinafter referred to as the application form). The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the application materials submitted. |
2 | 申请人应当按照申请书填报说明和撰写提纲的要求用简体中文或英文在线填写申请书，并上传附件等材料。 | The applicant shall fill the application form online in simplified Chinese or English according to the instructions, and upload attachments with other materials. |
3 | 优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)实行无纸化申请方式，申请人在线提交电子申请书及附件、公正性承诺书等材料至我单位，由我单位审核后在线提交自然科学基金委。 | Excellent Youth Science Fund Project (overseas) adopts paperless application method. Applicant submit electronic application, attachments and impartiality commitment documents to us online, which will be reviewed and submitted to the NSFC. |
4 | 项目申请截止日期为2025年4月15日。 | The deadline for application is April 15, 2025. |

薪酬待遇 Remuneration | 年薪可超100万。另根据人才类别，按政策享受地方相应的配套津贴及安家补贴，归国后尚未与国内单位建立劳动关系的，可按规定享受1.2万元/月以上生活补贴。 | Annual salary may exceed l million RMB, applicants can enjoy the corresponding local government subsidies and settlement subsidies based on talent categories. Besides, talents who have returned to China but have not yet established labor relations with domestic units can enjoy a monthly living allowance of more than twelve thousand RMB. |
科研经费 Scientific Research Fund | 在基金委资助的基础上科研启动经费可超1000万，按需支持，一事一议，不设上限。 | Starting funds may exceed 10 million RMB based on NSFC funding, negotiable based on actual demands, no upper limit. |
住房安排 Housing | 入住人才过渡房(拎包入住)，符合政策条件者，可以优惠价格申购人才住房一套。 | One assignment of talent housing can be purchased at a preferential policy price, and one assignment of expert apartment can be provided during the transition period. |
其他支持 Other Support | 聘任为“百人计划”研究员，是浙江大学正式事业编制教学科研并重岗教师，具有博士生招生资格，保证前三年不少于3个博士研究生，全额资助同期在站3个博士后名额，支持招收技术员。 | Appointed as ZJU 100 Young Professor: eligibility for doctoral enrollment, guarantee of enrollment of more than 3 doctoral students for the first three years, guarantee of enrollment of 3 post-doctoral at the same time (funded by the school). |
