一、单位简介
浙江大学创立于1897年，坐落于中国历史文化名城、风景旅游胜地杭州。经过126年的建设与发展，学校已成为一所基础坚实、实力雄厚、特色鲜明、在海内外有较大影响的研究型、综合型、创新型大学,其学科涵盖哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、艺术学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、交叉学科等门类。2024年QS世界排名第44位，亚洲大学排名第6位；2023年软科世界大学学术排名中国第3位，世界第33位。
浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院于2020年12月经过教育部批准，由浙江大学负责办学和管理，坐落于浙江义乌，是一所服务国家“一带一路”倡议的高等医学教育机构，由中国科学院院士、著名生殖医学家黄荷凤担任院长，主要规划设置基础医学、临床医学等医学相关学科，并通过与人文、社科、理科、工科、信息等多学科交叉融合发展“新医科”体系，校园于2023年10月10日正式启用。现有学生700余名，本科生200余名，研究生500余名，来自中国、美国、意大利、巴西、泰国、赞比亚等49个国家。
浙江大学国际健康医学研究院是国家生物药技术创新中心“一带一路”国际合作基地，获批浙江省首批省级新型研发机构、未来病理浙江省工程研究中心、国家级博士后工作站，聚力打造生殖医学、肿瘤医学、再生与衰老医学、代谢医学、RNA医学、遗传医学等中心，开展高水平的临床转化和前沿性的多学科合作。

【Introduction of Unit】
Zheiiang University (ZJU), recognized both domestically and internationally, stands out as a comprehensive and research-oriented institution, celebrated for its innovative approach and unique characteristics. The university boasts a diverse array of disciplines, including but not limited to philosophy, economics, and medicine. ZJU has earned high esteem in the academic community, reflected by its notable positions in various global university rankings. The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) operates as a subsidiary college under the administration of Zhejiang University. It is poised to evolve into a premier institution for higher medical education, aligned with the national Belt and Road initiative. The school is led by Dean Huang Hefeng, an esteemed academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a renowned expert in reproductive medicine. There are currently over 700 students, including nearly 200 undergraduate students and over 500 graduate students, from 49 countries including China, the United States, Italy, Brazil, Thailand, and Zambia,etc.
The International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM) is under the jurisdiction of the International School Medical for management and functions as the Belt and Road international cooperation base for the National Center of Technology Innovation in Biopharmaceuticals, has been recognized as one of the first batch of new provincial-level R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Engineering Research Center for Future Pathology and Postdoctoral Workstations. The International School of Medicine and the International Institutes of Medicine at Zhejiang University, together with the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZJU4H), form a strategic alliance to build a world-class international medical center. ZJU4H is a directly affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University and a provincial comprehensive three-A hospital. The hospital is located in Yiwu, central Zhejiang Province and opened in October 2014. Ranked 77th in the performance appraisal of third-level public hospitals in 2022, and ranked A+ for four consecutive years in the national examination, ranking in the top 5% in the country.
Focusing on addressing national strategic priorities and implementing the double first-class initiatives based on the century-old characteristics of Zhejiang University, this tripartite model is designed to establish an internationally recognized, innovative, and research-driven institute for advanced medical education. 1.基础医学：病理学、病理生理学、药理学、免疫学、组织胚胎、医学微生物学、法医学、AI医学
2.公共卫生：预防医学，流行病学，社会医学和伦理

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业
2.德才兼备，具有良好的师德师风、创新意识，具有较强的团队精神和相应的组织、管理能力
3.担任海内外高水平大学或大学附属医院教授（主任医生）或相当职务，在同行中具有广泛的影响力，能够带领本学科引领或赶超国际先进水平
4.熟悉高等教育规律，教学能力突出、育人成效显著，了解国内外高等教育情况，曾在著名大学的院（系）、研究所或实验室担任过职务者优先。

Other requirements
1.Adhere to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and have a passion for teaching and research
2.Possess both moral integrity and professional competence, possess good teacher ethics and style, innovative consciousness, strong team spirit, and corresponding organizational and management abilities.
3.Serving as a professor (chief physician) or equivalent position in a high-level university or university affiliated hospital at home and abroad, with extensive influence among peers, able to lead the discipline to lead or surpass international advanced levels;
4.Familiar with the laws of higher education, outstanding teaching abilities, significant educational achievements, understanding of domestic and foreign higher education situations, and having previously held positions in renowned universities' departments, research institutes, or laboratories are preferred.
