－2025“一带一路”国际青年学者分论坛（第3期）
2025 International Young Scholars Sub Forum（Phase 3）
为了推动医学和健康领域的学术交流和学科发展，聚焦生命科学领域的前沿成果和发展趋势，浙江大学“一带一路”国际医学院拟定于2025年1月中旬举办浙江大学启真医学青年论坛之“一带一路”国际青年学者分论坛（第3期），为海内外青年人才搭建学术交流和学术成果展示平台。
论坛将通过专题报告、学术研讨、人才洽谈和实地参观等形式，聚焦学术前沿，探讨学科热点，开拓学术视野，促进交流合作，智启健康未来。
In order to build a platform for academic exchanges and display of academic achievements for young talents at home and abroad, the International Young Scholars Sub Forum 2025 of QIZHEN Medical Youth Forum will be held in Yiwu in mid January, 2025.
The forum will focus on academic frontiers, discuss hotspots of disciplines, open up academic horizons, promote exchanges and cooperation, and enlighten the future of health through thematic reports, academic seminars, talent talks and field visits.
【邀请对象】
研究领域为生命科学大健康领域或医工信交叉结合领域，具有良好发展潜力的优秀青年学者，要求满足以下条件：
1. 年龄在40周岁以内，具有海内外知名大学博士学位，并有3年及以上海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构等科研工作经历，在生命科学领域取得一定成绩或具有良好发展潜力的优秀青年学者。
2. 入选国家级青年人才计划（项目）或具有相当学术水平的青年学者。
3. 须依托浙江大学申请国家重点人才计划。
【For the Applicants】
Outstanding young scholars in the fields of life sciences, healthcare, or the intersection of medicine, industry, and information technology are warmly welcomed. The following conditions are required:
1. Young scholars who are less than 40 years old, have a doctoral degree from a famous university overseas or domestic, and have worked for at least 3 years in a famous overseas university, scientific research institute or well-known enterprise R & D organization, and have made certain achievements in the field of life sciences, or have good potential for development.
2. Young scholars who have been selected for the national young talent program (project) or have equivalent academic level.
3. Relying on Zhejiang University to apply for the national key talent program.
【论坛福利】
1. 论坛期间不收取任何费用。
2. 统一安排食宿。
3. 为受邀者报销交通费，标准按单位财务报销政策执行。
【Forum Welfare】
1. No charge for the Forum.
2. We will provide the invitees with accommodation and food.
3. Reimburse transportation expenses for invitees according to the unit's financial reimbursement policy.

【申报条件】
以下条件参考《2024年国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）指南》（https://www.nsfc.gov.cn/publish/portal0/tab442/info88099.htm），最终请以2025年指南为准，待新的指南发布后，我们将第一时间联系申报人。
1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神。
2. 出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后。
3. 具有博士学位，在取得博士学位后至2025年申报前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。
4. 在生命科学、医学领域取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。
5. 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。
【Declaration Conditions】
The following conditions refer to the Guidelines for the 2024 NSFC Outstanding Youth Science Fund Program (Overseas) (https://www.nsfc.gov.cn/publish/portal0/tab442/info88099.htm). Please refer to the 2024 Guidelines as the final guide. We will contact the applicants as soon as the latest guidelines are released.
1. Obey the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era.
2. Be born on or after January 1, 1985 (included).
3. With a doctoral degree, generally should obtain an official teaching or research position in overseas universities, research institutions, and enterprise R&D organizations after obtaining the doctoral degree until the declaration in 2025, and have more than 36 consecutive months of work experience; for those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the working year requirement can be appropriately eased.
4. Achieved scientific research or technological achievements recognized by peer experts in the field of life sciences and medicine, and has the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the field.
5. Have not yet returned (came) to work in China on a full-time basis, or will return (come) to China after January 1, 2024 to work in China. The applicant must resign from his/her overseas job or have no job overseas and will return (come) to China to work full-time for not less than 3 years after being notified of the grant.

符合条件的申请人，与我单位签订工作合同或意向性协议，待系统开放后登录信息系统，在线填写《国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）申请书》。申请人对所提交申请材料的真实性负责，由我单位审核后在线提交自然科学基金委。
限项说明：同层次国家科技人才计划只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。
【Declaration Instructions】
The eligible applicants shall sign a work contract or intentional agreement with our institute, log in the information system when the system is open, and fill in the Application Form for NSFC Outstanding Youth Science Fund Program (Overseas) online. The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the submitted application materials, which will be reviewed by our institute and submitted online to the NSFC.
Note on limitation: Only one item can be undertaken at the same level of the National Science and Technology Talent Program, and no application can be made at the reverse level.

【About Us】
International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) operates as a subsidiary college under the administration of Zhejiang University. It is poised to evolve into a premier institution for higher medical education, aligned with the national Belt and Road initiative. The school is led by Dean Huang Hefeng, an esteemed academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a renowned expert in reproductive medicine.
International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM), established in Yiwu City in 2020, is the the Belt and Road international cooperation base of the National Biomedical Technology Innovation Center. 【一流的科研平台】
七大医学中心：生殖医学中心、RNA医学中心、肿瘤医学中心、再生与衰老医学中心、代谢医学中心、遗传医学中心、膜受体与脑医学中心。
公共实验平台：占地面积约1700平方米，设有蛋白质平台、成像平台、生化平台、流式细胞平台、理化测试平台、测序平台、形态组织平台等高精密设备分析平台，拥有超分辨激光共聚焦、高内涵成像系统、分选式流式、细胞能量代谢仪、超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用仪、500兆核磁共振仪等大型仪器约6000万元。
实验动物中心：占地面积约20000平方米，为全新风屏障环境,采用IVC装置，可饲养实验动物60000笼。目前中心设置隔离检疫区，有4套隔离包用于小鼠隔离检疫。
【Excellent Research Platform】
Seven Medical Centers: Reproductive Medicine Center, RNA Medicine Center, Oncology Medicine Center, Regenerative and Aging Medicine Center, Metabolic Medicine Center, Genetic Medicine Cente, Membrane Receptors and Brain Mediciner Center.
Public Experimental Platform: Covers an area of about 1,700 square meters, with protein platform, imaging platform, biochemical platform, flow cytometry platform, physicochemical testing platform, sequencing platform, morphology and organization platform and other high-precision equipment and analysis platform, with about 60 million RMB of large-scale instruments, such as super-resolution laser confocal, high-content imaging system, sorting flow cytometer, cell energy metabolism instrument, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography - four-stage flight time mass spectrometer, 500-megabit nuclear magnetic resonance instrument and other large-scale instruments.
Laboratory Animal Center: Occupies an area of 20,000 square meters and is a fresh-air barrier environment with an IVC installation, capable of housing more than 60,000 cages of laboratory animals. Currently the center has set up an isolation and quarantine area with 4 sets of isolation kits for mice isolation and quarantine.
