实行年薪制,按规定缴纳社会保险和住房公积金,综合年薪40万以上(税前),具有国际顶尖高校或科研院所教育或工作背景者,综合年薪可达70万(税前),并且在站期间可申请政府购房补贴80万元。

LIVING SECURITY
1. Income
The annual salary system is implemented and the comprehensive annual salary exceeds 400,000 RMB per year (pre-tax). Besides, individuals with education or work background in top international universities or research institutes can earn a comprehensive annual salary of 700,000 RMB (pre-tax). Social insurance and housing support are also provided. Besides, we will help you apply for a government housing subsidy of 800,000 RMB during your employment.
2. Career Development
(1) Internal and external training opportunities are provided and those with excellent performance during employment can be recommended to work at Zhejiang University;

1. Zhejiang University

With a commitment to uphold the quality and standards of Zhejiang University, and a focus on national strategic priorities and the implementation of the double first-class initiatives, this triad development model aims to create an internationally recognized, cutting-edge and research-oriented institute for advanced medical education. Its purpose is to explore how local internationalization can drive innovation in medical science and embark on a new educational journey that embraces global engagement.
The Fourth Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZJU4H) is a provincial, comprehensive tertiary class-A hospital integrating medicine, education and research, and is directly affiliated with Zhejiang University. It has a planned 4,300 beds and and has won the A+ grade in the performance assessment of tertiary public hospitals for four consecutive years, ranking steadily in the top 5% of the country and the first in west Central Zhejiang.
The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) is a secondary college run and managed by Zhejiang University, which is set to become an institute of higher medical education serving the national Belt and Road initiative. Huang Hefeng, an academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a famous reproductive medicine scientist, has been appointed as the Dean of the International School of Medicine.The campus was opened in October 2023 and there are 470 graduate students and over 90 international undergraduate students studying in the campus.
The International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM), as a research platform for scientific research support and transformation medicine, has been approved as the first batch of new provincial R&D institutions in Zhejiang Province as part of the Zhejiang Engineering Research Center for Future Pathology, which has now debuted. It is also approved to establish a postdoctoral workstation of Zhejiang Province, with a postdoctoral supervisor team composed of over 90 experts, covering multiple disciplines such as reproduction, oncology, RNA, etc..It owns Public Technology Platform, PI Laboratory, Animal Experiment Center, and Training Center that includes functions such as Microscopic Imaging, Gene Sequencing Analysis, Flow Cytometry, Drug and Nanodrug Screening, Pathological Analysis, Animal Experiments, and Clinical Skill Training, providing strong support and guarantee for the development of scientific research work.
